RIW Sheetseal GR is a radon gas barrier and one of the most effective gas methane barrier systems available. It is a cold applied, high density polyethylene film bonded to aluminium foil and coated with a bitumen/rubber self adhesive layer with a removable reinforced silicone release paper.
RIW Structureseal is a bentonite sheet waterproofing composite of high swelling Sodium Bentonite encapsulated between a non-woven and woven geotextile. A needle-punch process interlocks the geotextiles together forming an extremely strong composite that maintains a consistent layer of Bentonite, as well as protecting it from inclement weather and construction related damage. When wetted, unconfined Bentonite can swell up to 15 times its dry volume. When confined under pressure within a structure the swelling is controlled, forming a dense, monolithic, impervious bentonite sheet waterproofing membrane.
RIW Tilesafe comprises of a self-adhesive, cold applied, waterproof wet floor membrane which consists of a thick rubberised waterproof layer, incorporating a woven glass fibre on one side. It has been developed for use as a shower floor membrane applied prior to the fixing of ceramic tiles, which are applied using a conventional adhesive which keys to the mesh. Water penetrations through ceramic tiles in bath/shower room, kitchens and other wet areas caused by commissioning leaks, floods, substrate movement and grout failure can lead to extensive consequential costs and much inconvenience to those involved.
RIW Toughseal is a solvent free, polymer modified, colour coded coating providing an epoxy DPM system. Typically used to provide a water and water vapour proof barrier in areas that require excellent tensile adhesion, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance, such as plant rooms and under raised access floors. RIW Toughseal epoxy DPM system has a Class 1 fire rating and is UV resistant.
RIW Sheetseal 9000 is a key product in our range of high quality polymeric damp proof course materials. Based on a composition of Ethylene Propylene rubbers and polyester fibres which increases the tensile strength and elongation at break making the system more resistant to tearing and puncturing. It is typically used as a tanking membrane in accordance with BS8102:2009, a damp proof membrane to ground floors and as a vapour barrier behind cladding and plaster. RIW MultiJoint is a closed cell, cross linked Ethylene Vinyl Acetate copolymer waterproof EVA foam. The manufacturing process gives a nitrogen blown, impermeable, closed cell foam. The product is waterproof and resistant to salts and most chemical attack. It also has good UV resistance and is therefore suitable for use in exposed exterior applications.

Typically HDPE Sheeting is used as an external or internal basement tanking system or ground floor DPM, particularly where large unobstructed areas are to be waterproofed.
RIW Cementjoint is an advanced, elastomeric, highly tear resistant, breathable, composite waterproof tape. When embedded in RIW Cementseal, it gives a highly flexible, impermeable seal over live cracks and expansion/construction joints.
