RIW Cementseal Primer is an environmentally friendly, multi-functional water based waterproof acrylic primer, formulated on an aqueous acrylic copolymer compound.
RIW Double Drain is a cold applied, impermeable, high density polyethylene profiled sheet incorporating a permeable geotextile filter fabric. It is designed to prevent ground water reaching a structure and to enhance the performance of the waterproof membranes. Double Drain can be used in conjunction with a primary waterproofing system or on its own to isolate the structure from the surrounding soil and relieve hydrostatic pressure, by promoting the flow of ground water away from the face of the structure to land drainage. The Double Drain system can also be used to provide excellent protection to a primary waterproofing system, against backfilling and mechanical damage.
RIW Cavity Drainage Membrane is an internal tanking cavity drainage membrane system used to collect water entering the basements and sub-structures and channel it to a sump or collection point for disposal. It hydrates to form a durable, highly alkaline, permanently elastomeric coating which not only protects the concrete, or other substrates, from water penetration and carbon dioxide diffusion, but also accommodates movement in cracks. The elastomeric flexible waterproof coating maintains its flexibility under permanent immersion and when exposed externally.
RIW Flexiseal is a two coat, seamless and fully bonded liquid applied waterproof coating based on polyurethane technology. RIW Flexiseal cures by drawing moisture from the air to form a highly flexible but durable barrier to water and water vapour and is typically used in the UK where a high performance waterproof coating based tanking system is required.
