Flexcrete Bond Primer is a two component, water based product consisting of a pre-reacted epoxy resin dispersed in water (Part A) and a waterborne modified polyamine solution (Part B). When mixed it produces a slightly viscous, milky green dispersion for application by brush, roller or airless spray to prime and stabilise a wide range of building substrates prior to the application of specialist membranes and sealants in the Flexcrete range. It cures to form a clear film with a green tint, both on and within the substrate, to provide an ideal surface for subsequent treatment.

ARDEX K 301 Exterior Self-Smoothing Levelling and Resurfacing Compound is a special fast setting cement-based product designed to smooth and level rough and damaged concrete surfaces in external and internal situations. ARDEX K 301 is a grey powder consisting of special cements, graded aggregates and high quality synthetic resins. When mixed with water, a fluid mortar is produced which sets within 2 hours and can normally be walked on after approximately 2-3 hours at 20°C. ARDEX K 301 can be applied from 2mm to 20mm in thickness. The set and hardened ARDEX K 301 is usually ready to receive light wheeled traffic after 48 hours at 20°C
Sophisticated self-levelling sub-floor smoothing compound, can be applied to any thickness by trowel or pump. Even thick applications will be ready to receive floorcoverings within 24 hours at 20°C
The addition of ARDEX E25 Mortar Admix to ARDEX sub-floor smoothing compounds is recommended: where high abrasion or point load resistance is required; where used as a temporary wearing surface; where a floor paint or paint thickness coating is to be subsequently applied as a finish (check compatibility, suitability, and carry out a trial application before proceeding) or where the floor has underfloor heating.
