Rapid setting and rapid hardening cement for floor screeds. Walkable after three hours. High strength – 30 N/mm2 after 24 hours – 58 N/mm2 after 28 days. Apply as bonded, unbonded or floating screed. Ceramic floor tiles can be fixed after three hours on bonded screed. Can be pumped – up to 40 minutes workability. Ideal base for in situ floorings, resin toppings, etc., as a bonded screed. Dryshake/sprinkle finish to produce a wearing surface. For internal and external use.

Ardex A 35

Rapid hardening and drying cement for floor screeds. Used in place of Portland Cement in cement/sand screeds. ARDEX A 35 produces a floor screed that can be walked on after 3 hours and is dry enough to receive floor coverings after 24 hours regardless of screed thickness or 4 hours when smoothed with ARDEX A 55. After 1 day the compressive and tensile strengths of an ARDEX A 35 screed exceed the acceptable minimum attained by a conventional screed after 28 days.

Rapid drying – receives floorcoverings after 24 hours or 4 hours, when smoothed with ARDEX A 55, regardless of thickness. Conforms to EN13813 CT-C35-F6. Test with BRE screed tester after 6 hours. ADOTUF Concrete Surface Hardener and Dust-proofer
The application of ADOTUF to an existing cement-bound floor will significantly improve the properties of the floor to render it. ADOTUF is a liquid chemical solution which when diluted with water and applied to existing cement-bound floors case-hardens the surface, rendering it dustproof even when subjected to wire-brushing. It also greatly improves resistance to deterioration due to spillage of oils, greases and acids. This is achieved by the special chemicals in ADOTUF which enter the pores and capillaries in the concrete and combine with free lime to form an extremely hard, chemically resistant crystalline material which becomes an integral part of the floor.
ADOTUF will greatly extend the life of both old and new floors. It not only considerably reduces floor maintenance and subsequent cleaning costs, but also reduces dust hazard to both health and machinery. Applying ADOTUF is quick and easy, and may be carried out by unskilled labour with only a minimum of interruption to floor usage. ADOTUF is a treatment for all cement-bound floors but will not be effective in binding together surfaces where the cement paste is of such poor quality that its surface is in a state of disintegration.

ADOCURE STANDARD is UKWFBS listed as suitable for use on potable water schemes.
It physically “locks” moisture into freshly cast concrete surfaces to allow full hydration of the
cement thus allowing the concrete to fully “cure”. It does this by covering the surface of the concrete with a resin film which prevents moisture from leaving the surface.
